As I get closer to leaving, I've found myself becoming more and more excited about what God has in store. This trip is something I've been praying for and preparing for, and it's finally starting to feel real. There’s still so much I don't know about what will happen and what lies ahead, but I can't wait to step into it and see where God leads me.
One of the things I'm most excited about is serving people and sharing the love of Jesus with them. I look forward to meeting people from different backgrounds, hearing their stories, and building relationships. My hope is that through everything I say and do, the people around me will see Jesus’ love.
I'm also excited about how challenging this experience will be for me personally. Going somewhere new and being around people I’ve never met before will definitely push me out of my comfort zone. But I see that as a good thing. Throughout this trip, I want to trust God more, depend on Him, and grow my faith. I want to learn to have confidence in God's work, even when I don't understand what He's doing or what comes next.
More than anything, I’m excited to see how God is going to use this experience. I know there will be moments that challenge me, but I also know there will be many moments that remind me why I said yes to God's calling. Throughout this trip I want to keep choosing to trust God by believing that He is working, no matter where I am or what season of life I'm in. I may not know exactly what's ahead, but I know God is leading me, and I want this trip to build a deeper confidence in His work that I can carry with me long after I return home.
